1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you complete our 90-day 1-on-1 coaching service but do not achieve the desired salary increase or promotion, or if you are not satisfied with our services, you can claim a 100% refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must have:

• Completed at least 70% of the tasks and assignments given to you during the 90-day coaching period.

• Actively participated in scheduled coaching sessions and followed the guidance provided.

3. Refund Process

• To request a refund, please contact us at gireesh@career2xmastery.com within 30 days of completing the 90-day coaching period.

• Provide details of the tasks completed and the reasons for your refund request.

• Our team will review your request and, if eligible, process your refund within 14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services

• Payments made for services other than the 90-day coaching program are non-refundable.

• Fees for additional services or resources are also non-refundable.

5. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
